Let me use this opportunity to contribute to the remedies that do wonders and are good for your health. The home remedy I want to talk about is for vaginal yeast infection.
1. Visit any store around you and buy a carton of plain yogurt. Don’t look out for the brand name whether it is store brand or not, why? Because you are not eating it, its not meant for your breakfast or lunch. Just ensure it is a plain yogurt with no ingredients like fruits, sugar or flavors. Confirm that whatever type of yogurt you get has ACTIVE CULTUREĀ written on the container.
2. Get a box of tampons along with yogurt in the same store you find yourself if possible.
3. Make your payment and head back home.
4. I assume you are at home now and this is what you will do. Take one of the tampons and dip into the plain yogurt and then insert it into your vagina. Don’t be scared it will not hurt, allow it to stay in there for like one hour.This will make possible to get some of good bacteria right where it is needed, in other words to get good bacteria into where there are too much of bad yeast kind of bacteria.
5. Repeat this simple exercise once or twice a day for four days or as long as it requires until you see positive result.
I know people that have tried this couple of times in the past and it worked like charm. Let me even tell you what they did. Instead of inserting and leave it for one hour or so, they will insert one at night before going to bed and leave till morning.
